Baked Ham
Ingredients:
1 8-10 lb. spiral cut ham which is precooked.
1 cup brown sugar
1tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. honey
Add water if needed
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham on a rack flat side down over a baking
pan with about ½ inch of water. The water helps the ham retain its natural
juices. Cover lightly with foil and bake 7-10 minutes per pound.
Remove the ham the last ten minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees and then cover
the ham with the glaze; make sure to put some inside the spirals. The glaze is
king of thick so you have plenty of time.
Place uncovered in the 425 degree oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
